MID- WEEK MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS CIRCLE

Whether you are completely new, or experienced in Meditation & Mindfulness practices - these weekly sessions will enable you to deepen your sense of peace, clarity, focus, balance and creativity.
Each week we will explore different approaches to meditation & mindfulness and share an evening of grounding, beauty and fun!
visualisations - body awareness - breath - gratitude meditation - mindfulness practices - mantras - object focus - chakra meditation- japa- sound meditation - moving meditation- there are endless methods for us to explore!
Meditation is the formal practice of mindfulness. A meditation practice can help us to calm our often very busy minds, reducing stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and so much more. It enables us to develop a deeper connection to our soul, improved clarity, a more positive mindset, and approach to the ups and downs of life.
30 - 40 mins of guided meditations to help you breathe, relax, let go, make space.
We will make time for discussion, reflection & share our insights in a safe, supportive environment. Take the time to re-centre & reconnect to YOU. Herbal teas provided.
WHAT TO BRING
- Wear comfortable clothing.. bring something warm as your body temperature may drop during meditation.
- A cushion - - A notebook (to take notes/journal)

Holly began meditating 4 years ago, as a strategy to better manage anxiety, stress, burn-out, chronic pain & emotional trauma. She is very passionate about sharing how meditation can be of benefit to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
